Online MBSR course: this free self-paced Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction course is based accurately on the program founded by Jon Kabat-Zinn at the UMass Medical School in 1979. It was created by an MBSR instructor certified by the University of Massachusetts Center for Mindfulness. The course offers optional weekly and monthly zoom meetings, as well as the Palouse Mindfulness Facebook group.
